L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, but it has an ENORMOUS DEMAND by the ORGANISM; supplementation with glutamine encourages protein synthesis and prevents muscular catabolism in situations of oxidative stress.
Interesting for those wishing to increase muscle mass and recover quickly through hard and intense training.
The steps for proper supplementation with glutamine are the following:
> take 5 to 10 g on an empty stomach during the first week.
> the second and third week, take a second amount of 5 to 10 g, 90 minutes after training.
> From the third week, take another extra amount of 5 grams before going to bed.
Normally we recommend 1 gram of glutamine for every 10 Kg of body weight.
For example, for a person of 80 Kg, the first week you must take 8 grams of glutamine, the 2 following weeks 16 grams and finally 21 grams.
Do not take more than 25 g per day since the organism customarily has a great deal of difficulty metabolizing a greater amount.
Do not take L-glutamine before training.
INGREDIENTS: stabilizer (sorbitol), L-glutamine, berry flavor, emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), sweetener (aspartame).
