Oats are a cereal rich in proteins of high biological value (their content is highlighted with 7 essential amino acids), which have a small percentage of fats that for the majority are not saturated (with 35% of linoleic acid), and that also contain a large number of vitamins and minerals: sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and E; without forgetting the important content in fibers that contribute to good bowel function.
However, their use in sports is due to their high content of slow absorbing carbohydrates. Their intake during breakfast provides energy and being a very complete food they provide the strength necessary to carry out a physical activity improving resistance and reducing fatigue.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION: mix the oat flakes with liquid (water, juice, etc.) or with a semisolid (yogurt, compote, etc.) if you want more energy add nuts.
